How we work

From your drawing to your finished assembly

HSC is a custom wire harness manufacturer. We don't keep stock SKUs — every order is built from your drawing, sample or specification. Engineering, tooling specifications and final inspection are run by our team.

Engineering review — we read your drawing or sample before any tooling is locked
Process control — crimp specs, fixtures and materials are validated against your specification
Production — assemblies are built on partner lines managed day-to-day by our team
In-process inspection — first-article approval and shift checks during the run
Final QC — continuity and visual inspection before packing and shipment

Quality system

IQC · PQC · OQC — inspection at every stage

Three inspection gates are applied to every production run. Test plan and frequency are tailored to your product specification.

Incoming (IQC)

Wire, terminal and connector lots are checked on arrival. Material certificates are archived by batch for traceability.

In-Process (PQC)

Crimp pull tests each shift, first-article approval, and 100% continuity check during the run.

Outgoing (OQC)

Final visual and electrical inspection, then packing and shipment per your instruction.

Test plan is per your specification. Specific tests (hi-pot, salt spray, bending life, water immersion, etc.) are added when your product requires them. We confirm the exact test plan when we review your drawing or sample.

For shipments to markets that require documentation, we prepare what you need based on your specification and target market.

Batch electrical and dimensional results, prepared per the test plan we agree with you.

Material declaration

Material declarations prepared based on the components used in your assembly.

Declaration of Conformity (DoC)

DoC issued per product family when your target market requires it.

Packing list & export docs

Custom labels, barcodes and standard export documentation per your instruction.

Certification information available upon request. Send us your target market and the documents you need — we will confirm what we can supply with the shipment.
