HSC is a custom manufacturing company: engineering, tooling specs and final inspection are run by our team; production runs on long-term partner lines in Bao'an, Shenzhen that we manage day to day. One contract, one accountable contact, factory-level process control.

Incoming (IQC)

Every wire, terminal and housing lot checked: conductor resistance, plating, dimensions, flame class. Material certificates archived by batch.

In-process (PQC)

Crimp pull tests each shift, first-article approval, 100% continuity + hi-pot on finished assemblies.

●

Outgoing (OQC)

AQL sampling before packing, visual + dimension check, batch test report shipped with the goods.
